Studio Policies

Appointments and Cancellations Policy

  • We require a card on file in order to book and hold your appointment time.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. If you do not provide sufficient notice, card on file will be charged a $50 fee for a same-day cancellation or a $75 fee for no-call, no-shows.

  • Running late? A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled or need to be rescheduled for a later time or date. This can be assumed as a same day cancellation, if accommodations cannot be made. Please always call ahead if you’re running late or unable to make your appointment! I appreciate all cooperation!

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for any of our services.

  • If you are unhappy with the results of your procedure, we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments or touch-ups. Please ensure that you are following all of our pre and post-care procedures.

Health and Safety Policy

  • We follow strict sanitation and safety protocols to protect the health and well-being of our clients.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is sick, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medications that may affect your procedure, please let us know in advance and make sure you have consulted with your physician.

Age Policy

  • We require all clients to be at least 18 years of age.

Consent and Release Forms

  • We require all clients to sign a consent and release form before their procedure.

  • This form outlines the risks and benefits of the procedure.

Payment Policy

  • We accept cash and credit/debit cards as forms of payment.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment.

Confidentiality Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your consent.

  • We may take photos of your procedure for our portfolio or social media, but we will always obtain your consent before doing so.

Liability Policy

  • We are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of your procedure, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • You assume all risks and liabilities associated with your procedure.
