Post-Care Instructions
At the end of your appointment, you will receive detailed instructions to take care of your investment to ensure proper healing and retention.

The tattooed freckles are considered open wounds during healing and avoiding infection is top priority. Do NOT apply makeup, fake tan or any moisturizers, creams, gels, or ointments (including aquaphor) beside the provided aftercare while freckles are healing.
Keep freckles dry during the healing period and use witch hazel on a cotton pad twice a day to keep the area clean. The T.N. Dickinsons 100% Witch Hazel is most recommended and can be found at local grocery or drug stores.
After using witch hazel, apply a light film of provided aftercare cream to each freckle, use a q-tip or clean finger to do this, 1-2x a day.
Do NOT get the freckles wet/soaked. Wear the shower visors provided to you or keep face away from water while showering! Use a washcloth to wash around the freckles while washing your face.
Refrain from sweat inducing activities, such as heavy exercising, saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms until freckles are past the flaking stage!
Do NOT take off flakes/scabs during healing, under any circumstance. Freckles will disappear or heal extremely light.
Do NOT touch, itch or rub freckles.
Wear a hat outdoors to avoid sun exposure to the freckles.
Discontinue use of Retin-A and Retinol anywhere around freckles for 4 weeks. After continuing use, make sure to apply it two finger lengths away from freckles to avoid contact.
