All initial appointments include a complimentary consultation prior to the procedure to discuss any questions you may have and goals for the procedure. We also welcome complimentary consultations- even if you’re not ready to book a service quite yet - for those who have any further questions, concerns, inquiries, or for anyone with previous work done to their brows.

After discussing your aesthetic goals and analyzing your unique features to map out the ideal shape, we use our expertise to perfect your brows using hairlike strokes and high-quality ink. Our numbing process beforehand ensures you’ll be as comfortable as possible throughout.

Shape is determined by a thorough mapping process that determines your custom brow measurements. Client input is always appreciated and encouraged throughout the mapping process! Feel free to have photos ready if you prefer your brows in a certain look or have an expectation of results.

Microblading is done by the use of a small hand tool consisting of several tiny needles to make hairlike incisions that are soaked in semi-permanent ink.

Healing is about 7 to 12 days. Everyone heals differently, this is based on the most common client experience. It is normal to take longer/shorter time to heal!
The brows go through three stages during healing. The bold stage - your brows will be 2-3x darker than the healed result, this lasts 2-4 days. The peeling/flaking stage - the hairstrokes will start to scab up & flake off, that lasts about 3 to 4 days. The light stage - you will notice that the brows are much lighter during this time which also lasts 3 to 4 days. After the brows have gone through these stages, you will slowly start to see the pigment come back & darken just a bit. Overall, the brows will lose up to 60% of pigment during healing.

Yes! Hair is not required for this service and design mapping will always be done before the procedure is started.

The secondary touchup is especially necessary because clients will not usually see desired results within one session. Yearly touch ups are always recommended, that is when the hairstrokes noticeably lighten for most.

MICROBLADING
Pre-Care Instructions
Following pre-care instructions is essential to prevent discomfort during the procedure and for best results.

Must be at least 18 years old
Must not be pregnant or nursing
Do not drink alcohol or caffeine the night before, and day of appointment to avoid bleeding and discomfort!
Unless medically necessary, stop taking blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for 48 to 72 hours before your appointment. Please discuss with physician before changing or reducing prescribed medication.
Must be off of Retin-A and/or Retinol for at least 7 days prior to microblading appointment.
Refrain from botox and/or filler around brows and chemical treatments for 4-6 weeks before and after microblading appointments.
NO sun or bed tanning for 3-4 weeks prior to appointment as this leads to skin shedding and interferes with healing.
MICROBLADING
Post-Care Instructions
At the end of your appointment, you will receive detailed instructions to take care of your investment to ensure proper healing and retention.

Your brows are considered open wounds during healing and avoiding infection is top priority. Do NOT apply makeup, fake tan or any moisturizers, creams, gels, or ointments (including aquaphor) beside the provided aftercare while brows are healing.
Leave brows completely dry for 48 hours.
After two days, gently clean the brows by patting them with basic witch hazel on a cotton pad. Make sure to clean any leaking/dried lymph fluid. Do this before bed and after waking up until flaking has completed. The T.N. Dickinsons 100% Witch Hazel is most recommended and can be found at local grocery or drug stores.
After cleaning, use a clean finger or q-tip to gently apply a small amount of the provided aftercare cream. You can apply this up to 2x a day.
Continue the above steps until healed but be cautious while brows are flaking and use less aftercare cream to avoid taking off hairstrokes.
Do NOT get brows wet. Wear the shower visors provided to you or keep face away from water while showering! Use a washcloth to wash around your brows while washing your face.
Refrain from sweat inducing activities, such as heavy exercising, saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms until brows are past the flaking stage!
Do NOT take off flakes/scabs during healing, under any circumstance. This will result in patchiness!
Do NOT touch, itch or rub brows.
Wear a hat outdoors to avoid sun exposure to the brows.
Discontinue use of Retin-A and Retinol anywhere around brows/forehead for 4 weeks. After continuing use, make sure to apply it two finger lengths away from brows to avoid contact.
