My name is Siana Richardson, the artist and founder of Face Cowboy! I’ve been a Permanent Makeup Artist for nearly 4 years all in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. I can confidently say that beauty is my passion because before I was in permanent makeup, I was a makeup artist and brows were always my main focus! Brows change everything about the face and not everyone is an expert on how to shape them, nor do they need to be. That’s where I come in.
